Last Session Day of spring sessions is April 29th, 2022, until September. This class will resume September 19th. Miss A will be teaching some classes in person again at my center while some of my teachers are taking a much-deserved break.  I will still be teaching online on Mondays if you would like to join one of those classes. I will greatly miss all of you and cannot wait to see each and every one of you again in the fall.

We will learn thru singing, games, and reading. We will start with hello songs, transitioning into calendar. When finished with calendar we will be doing vowels and consonants (1 day a week) then our story. The end will be using number games and singing our goodbye song. We will also be asking questions as well as there may be show and tell.
I open the class five min beforehand so that students can have time to be social with one another. The class is encouraged to bring something to color or do during others turn so that they don't become bored. We do use movement and dance throughout class many of our days. All movement can be done in a chair as well as standing up. 
I understand not all children are comfortable with talking and or sharing there first couple of days but I do encourage and am very patient with them and when they are ready its a very exciting moment. 
As a side note all children are different it is encouraged that children are children and our schedule may differentiate from that days plans or we may be hyper focused on one area that all children enjoy this causing some altering to that days plans.

Is being revamped for fall session

Class will be open 5 min before starting time so kiddos can socialize and or get ready for class. I encourage kiddos to have something close by in case there is a lull while waiting their turn. If kiddos are not ready to talk, I encourage them to, but they do not have to, it is a new way of doing things for many kiddos and they are shy, we respect this. All students must enter thru the classroom page I do not send a link as this could be a major breach in class security.

Tech issues-If you are experiencing echoing this can be volume turned up to high on not just only your device but could be on another person that is signed into the class. This causes an echoing sound thru everyone in the class. If there is a lot of feedback coming thru your device this may be due to others in your home signed into an app such as zoom or something close to this. I make sure to use the top-rated mic and headset for zoom to operate our class and am unable to control other devices. Sometimes share screen can appear blurry and or distorted for a moment this many times is caused by low bandwidth on multiple devices or zoom responding slowly. I do use a ring light to make sure my screen is not darkened or shadowed. If you are experiencing these problems sometimes signing out of class and being readmitted can fix the problem but not always. 

Refunds/Missed Classes-I offer a $5 discount for siblings. I also offer a discount for missed days on the FIRST week of the session. The SECOND week of the session I do not offer discount for missed days. If openings are still available and enrolled after first day money for missed days will be refunded (this is only if enrolled after the first day).
