Building Letters: Capitals and Lowercase in Clay

In this ongoing class, learners will build uppercase and lower case letters using PlayDoh or clay. We will review letter formation as well as the sound the letters make. In each class, we will build two letters, and practice writing the letter. Learners will need access to PlayDoh or clay, and the printed letter formation sheet. Learners should have a beginner's understanding of phonics, however this is a learning course, so minimal understanding will not be a hindrance. This will be a moderately social class, and learners should feel free to chat as we build!
Learners will be introduced to the fundations alphabet, as well!
We will create each letter, trace it, practice the sound, and color a picture to match each letter.
