ASL Kids Club ✅ A foundational understanding of ASL basics. ✅ Mastery of the ASL alphabet and fingerspelling. ✅ Competence in having basic conversations about topics like food, colors, and family, ✅ Capability to ask for clarification in ASL. ✅ Achieving at least 90% accuracy on our proficiency test.
I am an Educational Interpreter and Tutor and I have been working in school districts for over 20 years with children that are profoundly deaf or hard of hearing students from PreK-12 grades. I have Deaf family members and a love for the language.
Homework Offered
There will be some pop quizzes that the student will do in Nearpod and Flipgrid. Most of these are fun and will help me determine the progress of each student.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

Deaf and hard-of-hearing students. We utilize a variety of communication methods to ensure that every child's needs are met, including captions, chat, visual aids, and sign language.
