Learners will be introduced to Soil Science through hands-on activities and short presentations. Each class will include a 5 to 10 minute presentation of the topic and a 45 to 50 minute hands-on activity using materials easily found around the house. Learners will be provided a packet of worksheets when they sign up for the class that they will use in the sessions to solidify concepts.
