Class will be held on Zoom platform. Students will all have a few BINGO cards, which will be posted on the classroom page prior to class. We will all engage in the fun exercises and mark spaces on our own BINGO board. Hopefully we can end up with a BINGO and have some fun with fitness.

Wrap-Up: 1-2 minutes

Encouragement will be given to all participants, from the beginner to the future Hall of Famer. Each exercise will be for about 30-45 seconds, enough for a nice cardio workout! Adaptations can be made in all of the exercises for total inclusion.
