Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi - I'm Katie and I LOVE learning! I have been a teacher and administrator for many years! I LOVE elementary education - the students, content, and families are all so vital to student growth! I enjoy making education enjoyable, as this is when children decide how they feel about school and learning. It is so important to me to foster a love of growth and education!
I have two little boys who are both in their first year of school! They are the loves of my life. I have them enrolled in OutSchool, and they became my motivation for joining as an educator. I am open to teaching any concept on the elementary level - just ask! I can teach reading, writing, word study, book clubs, math - all preK through fifth grade. I look forward to getting to know you and working with your kids!
