Class Experience

This is part of a series of 7th Grade Math flex courses. The courses DO NOT have to be completed in order. This dives into adding and subtracting positive and negative whole numbers, decimals, and fractions. The Monday of each week at approximately 12am PST learners will receive two video interactive lessons, guided handouts, and reinforcement exercises . Lesson A focuses on procedural methods and lesson B focuses on application, reasoning, and thinking skills. Video lessons provided will be interactive and independent practice exercises will be provided. Learners may submit as many questions as they like! Math For The Middles teaching style is based around student empowerment and encouraging students to THINK. We always win or we learn. I emphasize the phrase, "I learned over, I failed" to maximize learning opportunities for students.

Enrolled learners will be granted access to GoFormative and Edpuzzle to access interactive lesson content and to complete homework and extra practice exercises. Guided notes support video lessons provided.
