Does your child struggle in math? I will help your child build their number sense and conceptual skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication and/or division. I will provide engaging problem-solving tasks that require the student to think critically and apply their mathematical knowledge. Your student will learn to explain their reasoning and justify their answers. My class will be structured in a way that is inviting and friendly. Math story problems will align with the interests of your child. I will model how to unpack story problems and utilize various strategies and methods to solve them. I can also assist in their math homework, if necessary.
