In each class, your child will...
1) have a book of his/her choice if not I will have a book for your child;
2) brainstorm and activate prior knowledge;  
3) apply reading strategies to read the text;
4) engage in meaningful conversations using text-self, text-text, and text-world connection (informal assessment)

Since I began my journey as an Outschool teacher in 2021, it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. Over the years, I've had the privilege of guiding a group of dedicated students who have remained loyal to me throughout this educational adventure. Witnessing their growth, not just in terms of academic progress but also in their overall development and newfound confidence, has been immensely rewarding. The platform's dynamic and flexible environment has allowed me to craft engaging lessons tailored to my students' unique needs, fostering a deep sense of connection and shared progress. Looking back, I am grateful for the opportunity to have played a role in their journey and to continue shaping their learning experiences in a way that empowers them to thrive.
