Class Experience
This course is an individual tutoring session, involving me working one on one with your learner on his/her specific areas of need in Language Arts. I can work based on a particular skill you request, or I can assess the student and determine a course of action if you prefer. Some examples of possible topics of study: Writing - essay planning, essay writing, paragraph-based responses, writing in complete sentences, creative writing methods Vocabulary - Greek and Latin root words, prefixes, and suffixes, context clues Reading - main idea/details, summarizing strategies, cause/effect, compare/contrast, drawing conclusions/inferencing, predicting, visualizing, annotating text/text-marking, sequencing I will reach out to you to determine course content upon enrollment. We can work together to create a path of study for multiple sessions as well if desired. This course is completely flexible to meet YOUR learner's individual needs, at their level of knowledge.
