US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
In this 1:1 course, students will learn to write UPPERCASE and lowercase letters using lines and curves, play-doh, air writing, and pencil and paper. Letters are selected by their easiness of writing level, so students learn to "Write Without Tears." We will use the "I do, We do, You do" method as well as "Handwriting Without Tears." *We will start by doing a "Finger Warm Up Exercise" *I will introduce the letter we will be learning by showing pictures of things that start with that...
Students will learn to do "Finger Warm Up Exercise" and will learn to write the entire alphabet letters in uppercase and lowercase by different writing methods: air writing, using lines and curves, play-dough and finally on pencil and paper.
Students will need the following materials: *Play-dough *Snack (Cheerios, Gold Fish, etc.) *Pencil *Primary writing paper (Will be provided) *Lines and curves (Will be provided)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
