學生社團內容
This is a social space where members are encouraged to share their experiences learning Japanese, pick up a new habit or two to hone their language skills. It is also a space where the members boosts their confidence in speaking and writing Japanese through making mistakes and learning how to avoid repeating the same mistakes. As the moderator for the group, I will be posting weekly topics, expressions and related vocabulary for the learners to participate in challenges and discussion. Each topic posting will include new expression and/or vocabulary as a challenge for the students to respond using those new expressions and vocabulary. Example topics could be about breakfast, and I would provide phrases and vocabulary to ask questions and respond to those questions. My random phrase posting could be as random as 「最後に食べたものは何?(What was the last thing you ate?)」 I will also be sharing study materials, news articles and totally random phrases to keep learners interested in learning Japanese, as well as motivate learners to respond in Japanese. I would love to see this group as a cloud space where the learners post their newly learned Japanese skills (in Japanese, of course) into action.
學習目標
Students will learn Japanese phrases and expressions from my weekly posting as well as from the fellow learners. Sharing what we've learned is part of the learning process.

Welcome to our Group! We want all of our learners to feel comfortable, connected, and safe. That's why we have 3 rules we ask you to follow: Be Kind, Be Safe, and Be Respectful.
Be Kind - Help all learners feel welcome and included.
Learners from all over the world, with different backgrounds, races, ethnicities, abilities, gender identities, religions and body types, participate in our Group. Always be nice and make others, especially new learners, know that they belong and are welcome. Teasing, name calling, or bullying anybody in our community? Nope. Not happening here
Be Safe - Keep your personal information private and never ask other learners for theirs.
Personal things are personal. We want to keep you safe on Outschool, but we also want YOU to understand how to be safe when you're meeting other learners or teachers. Keep your full name, home address, gaming or social media name, email, and school name private.
Be Respectful - Treat others how you want to be treated.
Keep language clean and information you share safe. If you wouldn't say it or share with your grandma, don't do it here. Swear words, racy videos, and violent images are not allowed. Treat Outschool like a public place, and when in doubt, keep things covered.

Certified teacher for Japanese (EC-12), Mandarin(EC-12) and Art(EC-12). I grew up speaking Japanese, Mandarin and Taiwanese, so I have no problem mixing them up to meet your need. Many years of freelance tutoring experience for Japanese and Mandarin have helped me teaching all levels of Japanese including Pre-AP and AP classes at my former employment at a public high school.
