Welcome to the Minecraft gaming club for kids ages 8-13. This club has a whitelisted Java server to play on and fun discussion topics throughout the week! Most of the group gets on the server on Friday nights to hang out! Throughout the week, kids can provide screenshots and short videos of all of their Minecraft adventures on the board. Or they can start up a fun Minecraft themed conversation. Have a tricky Minecraft question? Ask it in the group too! Some examples of the fun discussion...
Students will work on their Minecraft skills as well as social skills via messaging on the group discussion boards and having the option of playing Minecraft together on a group server!
I personally play Minecraft. The images on this listing are some that I have captured, and pictures from around the server.
Welcome to our Group! We want all of our learners to feel comfortable, connected, and safe. That's why we have 3 rules we ask you to follow: Be Kind, Be Safe, and Be Respectful. Be Kind - Help all learners feel welcome and included. Be Safe - Keep your personal information private and never ask other learners for theirs. Be Respectful - Treat others how you want to be treated.
This is a Minecraft class. Students will be able to see other kids Minecraft gaming tags within the server. However, the server is whitelisted, no one will be able to access it except the students currently enrolled in the class during class time.
