Hi! My name is Kalika. I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2006. One of my favorite meditations is a gratitude meditation. There are many ways that we can practice gratitude and grow our “gratitude muscles”. In my Gratitude Journaling and Meditation classes, I love using art, journaling, conversation and meditation to cultivate gratitude. We use all of these tools in this group.
