Gratitude is both a skill that can be developed and a mindset that can be cultivated. The purpose of this group is to make friends and support each other in making gratitude a habit. Weekly prompts inspire learners to keep a daily gratitude journal. Hi! My name is Kalika. I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2006. One of my favorite meditations is a gratitude meditation. There are many ways that we can practice gratitude and grow our “gratitude muscles”. In my Gratitude Journaling and Meditation classes, I love using art, journaling, conversation and meditation to cultivate gratitude. We use all of these tools in this group.
