This self-paced class will introduce new learners to the powerful combination of meditation and journaling as tools for stress management. Through practical exercises and guided instruction, participants will learn how to cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. This class will run for 5 weeks and will cover a different theme for each week. Each week will consist of one video and will include additional resources that can be viewed or printed.

Amber is a certified, advanced children's yoga teacher for ages 2-18. In addition, Amber is also a 500hr registered yoga teacher (RYT) and a Yoga Alliance Member. Prior to teaching yoga to children, Amber worked as a physical therapist assistant helping children with special needs for over 15 years in the local school systems. She continually strives to learn all she can to help children reach their fullest potential.
