Using the book YOU BE THE JURY-COURTROOM II by Marvin Miller, we will read 2 cases per week, examine the evidence in class, discuss key aspects of the case and decide a verdict as the jury. Then, we will reveal if we judged correctly. I ask that anyone who owns this book OR has already read this book to NOT sign up for this class. Please do not purchase the book for your students until class is over.
學習目標
Students will listen to the case (taking notes if they would like) and then discuss with the group what their verdict would be and why.
They will learn to listen to others, examine the fine parts of the story and speak in front of others comfortably.
