課堂經歷

After introduction of learners, we will learn how to make a calming item and the class will watch as a real pebble is virtually placed in the real water fountain, one for each learner! We will learn new breathing techniques. These will all be in the first ten minutes of the class. Then we will start learning our series of yoga poses based on the theme of: Slowly Flowing Yoga. 
Watching and copycatting the instructor is how we will learn! We will review our poses
and breaths we learned and pick our favorite. Towards the end of class, we will place a stuffed animal on our tummy and a bandana over our eyes and we will relax as we listen to a calming meditation in savasana.
