It is hard being a tween. At that age, for a variety of reasons, our minds and bodies often feel out of our control. Body Positive Yoga aims to help your tween feel more comfortable, confident, and mindful of their bodies. I have been a certified Children's Yoga Instructor (through Circle Yoga's "Budding Yogis") since 2010, and I use my personal home yoga practice for mindfulness and as recovery from strenuous bicycle rides. In addition to my yoga experience, I spent two decades working as a gymnastics instructor and choreographer, and have developed curriculum in the areas of yoga, gymnastics, trampoline, parkour, and agility. I was Safesport certified in 2017.
