Students will learn how to write stronger, more concise essays. First, we cover the basic requirements of essay writing, and then we cover research writing, citations, persuasiveness, etc. Throughout the course, students will learn how to properly edit their own papers, and improve on their grammatical skills as well.

Not only have I earned a Bachelor's degree in English & Textual Studies, but I worked hard for it after coming into college completely unprepared. I work with students on improving their essay writing and critical thinking skills, and my goals are to help them be well prepared for college, and, in general, to improve these skills that allow the self to grow. I intend to make my courses informative and challenging, while also being fun by allowing students to work with topics that interest them.
