This class focuses on self-awareness and building the skills necessary to maintain healthy mindfulness while dealing with worry. Topics will not be therapeutic in nature. This is not offering therapy for learners. This class is designed to allow for guided and controlled conversation around the topic of worry. Learners will be encouraged to be encouraging, inclusive, and positive with each other. The teacher (a licensed school counselor) will guide the conversations and keep the conversations focused on the topic for that class.
