Squads will be set at the very beginning of Camp. You will be put on one of the following squads: The Snowstorm Squad, the Tundra Titans, and the Blizzard Brigade. Camp Fortnite is for all gamers, but only ONE SQUAD will be the Christmas Cup Winner! Below is the daily schedule. Each day players will earn points for their squads. Bonus points will be added players who Dress Up in person for the daily theme and in game skin. ARCTIC EXPLORER DAY Dress-Up Theme: Artic Explorer Maps: Winter Bed Wars Winter Box Fights FANTASY WINTER DAY Dress-Up Theme: Fantasy Winter Character Maps: Rocket Wars Winter OG's Winter Gun Game UGLY SWEATER DAY Dress-Up Theme: Tacky Ugly Christmas Sweater Maps: Winter Only Up Winter Deathrun Winter Zone Wars WINTER WONDERLAND DAY Dress-Up Theme: Enchanted Winter Creatures Maps: Winter Rockets vs Cars Home Alone Prop Hunt ** This is in the game of Fortnite!! It must be downloaded and updated prior to class. You will also need a connected device for the Zoom meeting! **

I have always been very curious and creative and I love to inspire it in kids (both my own and others) as well. I like to teach through projects, which give students a choice on the way they learn and show their understanding. I also love to teach through games and like to combine game elements in my classes.
I believe history, studied in context, to be extremely important. In fact, it's one of our best teachers. The other "subject" I believe to be of high importance is Logic. Unfortunately, logic has long been left off most curriculums. Knowing how to examine events and history through logical thinking and analysis gives us a deep, true understanding of our world.
I'm a big believer in every parent having all the need to school their children all the way through high school. So, if you are ever in doubt, let me encourage you.
