In this ongoing class , the students will learn about a new winter object. The students will be shown the real of the winter object. The students can tell the class, what they like about that winter object. The students will be making a new winter object with watercolour paints. I will be doing it with the students . At the end of the class, the students can show their art project to the class. Week of December 18th : Winter tree: The students will be drawing their winter tree with oil pastels and painting with watercolour paints. Week of January 1st :Snowflake: The students will be making a snowflake. Week of January 8th :Snowman: The students will be making a big snowman watercolour painting. Week of January 22: Red fox/arctic fox : The students will be making a red fox/ arctic fox around trees and snow. Week of January 28:Penguins:The students will be making a penguin art project with watercolour paints and oil pastels . Week of February 5th:Hot chocolate mug :The students will be making a hot chocolate mug with oil pastels and watercolour paints. Week of February 12:Snow bunny:The students will be making a snow bunny with oil pastels and watercolour paints. Week of February 18th: Hibernatiion bear: The students will be making a hibernation bear with oil pastels and watercolour pants.

Hello my name is Samara. I live in Montreal and have been a Preschool educator for the past 5 years.
In my classes , learners will have a consistent place to gather and learn that focuses on developmental skills which include fine motor , gross motor , cognitive , language and literacy, social and emotions . Let's learn shapes, colors , letters names , letters sounds , art , counting and so much more.
I have my Diploma of College Studies in Early Childhood Education degree from Vanier College in Montreal . I am a certified educator in Early Childhood Education with students aged 3 -5 years old. I have a certification in the highly successful Handwriting Without Tears and Lively Letters.
I am a proud and passionate Preschool educator. I have a natural love of teaching and bring patience and enthusiasm to the classroom. I have a great pleasure in helping students reach their developmental milestones.
My philosophy is that students' interests matter and they learn best when they have an effective relationship with their educator. I believe that students learn and strive at their own pace. I make learning fun and stimulating while focusing on the development milestones. I attempt to make learning play based , hands -on experience and child led . I have a great enjoyment to make classes play based, hands- on experience , child - led and engaging for each student . The students will build self- confidence and a sense of self- esteem in my classes. I do ensure a successful and smooth transition to Kindergarten.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling , reading, baking and spending quality time with my friends and family.評論
