This winter break come workout with us! Pilates is a great way to stay active, build core strength and flexibility in the hips and spine. Pilates also helps with posture and coordination. We will start with a warm up and do 10-15 Pilates exercises focused on the core and hips. The teacher for this class creates an atmosphere that is welcoming and encouraging. She provides individual feedback and adjustments to exercises for learners. This class will help each learner get stronger more flexible and have a little fun!
