This class will be lecture-style through prerecorded videos. The videos will be short but there will be several each week and students will have a question to answer for each video. They will answer the question by replying with a video of their own or with a written comment, I also ask them to comment on at least one of their classmates' answers for each question, they can say what they agree with or what they think differently about. I have been working with special needs children in various capacities for 8 years. I am also an autistic adult with 27 years of lived autism experience. I have worked in schools, as a private tutor, a caregiver, a community support worker and I lead social groups for autistic children and teens, and have my associate's degree in special education.
