This fun gameplay and social class is designed to provide students with a lighthearted and enjoyable environment to learn and play the popular card game Uno along with other games of choice. Students will have the opportunity to play games with their classmates, make new friends, and engage in fun and friendly competition. The class will also include interactive activities and games that are designed to enhance social skills and create a sense of community. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to improve their gameplay skills and learn new strategies, while also enjoying a relaxed and social atmosphere. Students will have not only learned how to play Uno and other games, but also develop new friendships and had a great time doing it. Students will receive a link in the Zoom chat to join the game. The teacher will moderate gameplay while playing with the students. Each week students will have the opportunity to choose the games that the play. At Miss Brandy's Fun and Learning Academy we have a strict NO BULLYING rule. We believe that it is crucial for learners to have a safe space free from bullying and judgment. We expect learners to respect each other and be kind to their classmates at all times. We will not tolerate bullying in any form. However, we will give students an opportunity to correct their behavior before they are removed from class. Behavior issues are handled as follows: 1. A verbal warning will be given to the student. 2. Student will be placed in a waiting room or break room (depending on the severity). The teacher will chat or have a verbal discussion with the student and student will be allowed to return to class. 3. Removal from class (no refund will be issued)

As a mom, she understands the importance of giving children outlets to interact with their peers and develop essential social skills. Driven by her passion for teaching, Miss Brandy set out to build an academy that blends fun with learning, using a teaching style that empowers students to come to class confident they can be themselves without judgment. Over the years, she has been fortunate to teach students from around the world, with diverse backgrounds and learning abilities, all of whom have shaped and enriched her approach.
At Miss Brandy’s Academy, each educator is truly unique and brings their own amazing strengths, insights, and enthusiasm to every class. Our team of dedicated educators is committed to making a positive impact on every child they teach, passing on a love for learning, and inspiring students to be their best selves.
