Students will improve their ability to be more musical.

They will develop more confidence in their playing, reading and feeling what they play. 

They will expand their musical vocabulary by learning the relationship of notes offered in this class.
 

When I was young I needed to play drums, like eating and breathing I just needed to play. I went on to learn from a number of great teachers who have helped me get started in my teaching career with their letter of recommendation.  I have played in many bands which gives me special insight in how to guide students into being the very best drummer they can be.

In the past I have been happy to write letters of recommendations for students going into higher learning. This is only possible when I have spent enough time with a student and can honestly offer a letter of recommendation.

To get the most from this one time class students need to understand the basic notes. Quarter  Notes, 8th Notes and 16th Notes. Please take my Understanding Notes And Time Signature class before taking this class.
