In this one-time dance class, we'll dance and play to our favorite mermaid songs! We'll introduce ourselves, and start with a warm up and stretching to get our bodies ready to DANCE! Students will learn basic ballet steps and the correct terminology for each step. Throughout the class, We'll play interactive games that will keep even the youngest kids engaged. In the last 15 minutes of class, we'll learn a fun dance routine to "Under the Sea", and perform for it our families too! ...

Students will be participating in a physical fitness/movement activities though out the class. Please be aware that your child can end up injuring themselves. Therefore, please make sure your child has sufficient dance space, proper foot ware (choice of ballet shoes and/or socks). In addition, I encourage all students to have a water bottle near by and to warm up before class to avoid injury. Parental supervision is strongly encouraged to help your dancer maintain their safety and spacial awareness.
