課堂經歷
During the tween years, it’s essential to develop a positive relationship with the body. Yoga is known to have many benefits, both physical and mental. From maintaining flexibility to building strength, increasing focus, and enhancing calm, yoga has something to offer everyone. In this weekly ongoing class, we will focus on the self-empowering and calming aspects of yoga in a supportive, uplifting environment. Each class will begin by focusing on the breath, laying the foundation for tranquility. We will take a laidback approach to move through the yoga poses. Various games may also be used to help students learn about yoga. The class will end with restorative, relaxing poses. No prior experience necessary. Modifications can be made to adjust the class to each learner's abilities. The class will follow the same format every week.

父母的引導和規範
Please ensure a clear, clutter free space for easy movement. Students should have nonslip socks or bare feet. They may also want water to maintain hydration. As with any physical activity, there is a risk for injury. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and take breaks when needed.
供應清單
Students are welcome to bring a yoga mat or beach towel, but it's not required. They may also wish to have water available.

As a homeschool parent, nurse educator, yoga instructor, and troop leader, teaching is my passion. I love helping children grow to their fullest potential.
I teach yoga and mindfulness classes for all ages. My classes often involve stories, movement, crafts, games, relaxation techniques, and self-empowerment.
When I’m not teaching, I love to read, write creative fiction, and play the piano. I especially enjoy traveling and spending time with my family, including our pets, a friendly cat and a silly dog. I’m also an excellent hula hooper!
