How is Your Class Structured? Step 1: Introduction to time capsules and their purpose through engaging slides. Step 2: Guided activities to complete printable worksheets about favorite things, dreams, and daily life. Step 3: Instructions for assembling and decorating a time capsule. Step 4: A checklist for finishing touches and a prompt for when to open the capsule. How Will You Teach? The class combines pre-recorded video guidance, downloadable worksheets, and optional feedback opportunities. Learners can follow at their own pace, pausing to complete each activity. What is Your Teaching Style? I emphasize creativity, curiosity, and reflection. The class fosters a warm and supportive atmosphere, encouraging learners to document their lives in a fun and personal way. How Much Will Learners Get to Interact with You? A small container or box to serve as the time capsule (e.g., a shoe box or tin). Basic art supplies like markers, crayons, stickers, and glue. Scissors (optional). Printable worksheets provided in the class. Personal items to include in the time capsule (e.g., photos, small trinkets).
