Hello! This class is designed to work around your learner’s specific needs. Before class starts, I will look at information provided by learner and family to determine where to start. During the first class, learner and I will become more acquainted and develop goals for our time together. Each class that follows will work toward reaching those goals. I am a certified substitute in K-8. I have taught writing lessons at all levels. I have been tutoring in all subject areas since college. I am also a writer who wants to instill an understanding of writing in all learners. My goal is to help learners with their writing, encourage them to keep working even when things are tough, and ultimately to inspire learners to keep writing.

Learner should bring any assigned work they would like to work on. If no assigned work is available then class will be structured around improvement and practice of general writing.提供的評估
Learner is assessed through participation in class and through completion of work. Learner and family may request a written report of learner’s progress.提供的成績
Learner will need any writing assignments they would like to work on. Learner will need pens, pencils, paper for writing.
