Sweat, Bounce, and Have Fun! Bring the fun of jumping on a backyard trampoline to your indoor mini trampoline! Jumping on a rebounder or mini-trampoline is a great form of low-impact cardio. People line up to take trampoline cardio classes at studios and now it's available to your kids at home. Kids will have fun playing games and jumping to great music. Parents will love seeing their children get exercise. We will begin with a social introduction. A full-body warm-up will follow including preparing our bodies for our bouncing. Then we will have an easy follow-along cardiovascular workout to pump us up. The class will include a cool-down stretch and we will close with our goodbyes. I teach in an inclusive, positive, engaging manner where each child thrives. Please make sure a water bottle is close by and there is enough room to move. You do not have to have a trampoline for this class, but it is fun with one. All beginners are welcome. No experience necessary. Jump up Jump up and get down with Pop-Up Class!
