Welcome to the only Summer Camp I will be running this year - from 24th July to 4th August. The 8 lessons in this camp are the start of 'Time for German' - a 64 lesson Scheme of Work which will take your learner from complete beginner to pre-intermediate level in the German language. More importantly though, your learner will have lots of fun along the way and will develop a love of language learning. Time for German allows the children to consolidate key vocabulary in German and apply this vocabulary into German sentence structures in a functional way.
I am an Award Winning Fully Qualified Elementary/Primary School Teacher and German Specialist and I have 9 years teaching experience. I was a senior teacher up until March 2020, giving staff appraisals and leading school meetings. I was a school lead in co-operative learning for all subjects, employing co-operative learning strategies and techniques to make my lessons more engaging, fun and co-operative. I am the creator of www.zeitfuerdeutsch.com and this course for teachers of German has been adapted and improved for Outschool. This website is very popular and used by German teachers all of the world.

A printable sheet containing all vocabulary for each lesson will be provided in the classroom a few days before the course starts and an additional activity for each topic such as a translation sheet will also be provided so that the learning can continue outside of the classroom.
