Unlock your creativity and bring your storytelling skills to life with our Theatrical Period Design course! As a designer, you play a crucial role in bringing the playwright's words to life through your artistic vision. Our course covers key foundations of design and explores various components of design in different periods each week. You'll learn how to create unique worlds and emotional connections for the viewers, and design your own projects. With pre-recorded video lessons and the ability to submit your own design work for feedback, you'll have the flexibility to learn at your own pace and engage in creative discussions. Join us and unleash your inner designer today! We will investigate a component of design or area of design. All lessons for this self-paced version of this class are presented as pre-recorded video lessons. Our design classes incorporate project-based learning, allowing every learner to delve into the subject of designing. Students are able to comment, attach photos of their own design work, and submit videos, as desired. Your teacher is available to provide feedback and answer questions every step of the way. Here are the weekly areas of study: Greek and Roman Elizabethan Realism and Naturalism 1920s 1940s 60s 80s 90s Contemporary Participation is encouraged in this class, and learners are invited to submit videos and pictures of their work for feedback.
