Each week learners will meet for 30 minutes of socialization and connection. This is a student led, teacher guided format that allows learners to practice communication skills (taking turns, asking questions etc.) Students will bring a snack or tea as well as a few things they'd like to chat about. There will be sheets available in the classroom for students to work on - word searches, colouring sheets, puzzles. The goal of this class is to connect homeschooled learners from different areas and help them build and maintain meaningful connections with other learners their age.
