Nora Ryszka has her Masters Degree in Special Education. While teaching in the classroom she developed the school wide Positive Behavior Support Intervention System based entirely on Peace! This award winning growth mindset program taught students to strive for peace in the classroom, at home, in the community and within themselves. Nora has spent the last 15 years studying the science behind peace, joy, and happiness.
To prepare for this class I have read texts by Brene Brown and studied the research of Robert Waldinger. I have also followed the text, "Daily Breath Work".
