《做出正確決定的過程》

You are faced with making decisions every day, whether they are routine or planned. Learn how to make decisions with more confidence using the 6 Step approach to decision making. 

	In this course we will:
		*Discuss the importance of developing your decision-making skills.
		*Identify steps in the decision-making process.
		*Discuss the role of values when making decisions.
		*Practice using the decision-making process.
                               To practice the decision-making process, we will discuss 2 different scenarios.  In the first scenario the class will 
                               work together following each step in the process to make a decision. The second scenario, students will be 
                               paired/grouped together in the breakout room in the zoom platform to work through the decision making process. 
                               After coming to a decision, the students will come back together as a class to discuss the process they took and 
                                tell of the decision they made.

Students will be sent, via the Outschool classroom, 2 handouts. 1 to be printed before class begins. This handout will allow the students to take notes on the 6-step approach to decision making. They will use this as a reference during class. The second they will need to have opened on their computer to use during class time. This one list the problem examples we will be working on in class.
