Each week students will rewatch an episode of "The Office" (American). In this class students talk about their love for the television show "The Office." 

The class gives students the opportunity to discuss and analyze "The Office." Students should be fans of "The Office", but all are welcome to join. Even if you didn't watch the episode of "The Office", it is easy to join in the fun conversation. All opinions shared are heard and met with respect. Students will discuss their favorite scenes and characters. Each episode we will discuss fun facts about the show.  
Topics for Discussion Include but not limited to: Who is the best branch manager?, Which branch would you want to work for?, favorite scene in the episode. 

Week of October 5th: Topic - Rewatch Season 1 Episode 1 and discuss how this episode is compared to the British version. We will also discuss why it is very similar to the British verson.

Week of October 12th: Topic - Rewatch Season 1 Episode 2 and discuss how this is the first original episode of the American verson. 

Week of October 19th: Topic - Rewatch Season 1 Episode 3 and discuss the genre style of show which is a fake documentary. 

Week of October 26th: Topic - Rewatch Season 1 Episode 4 and discuss difference between the main characters and the office background characters

After the first 4 weeks, new topics will be listed in the classroom. 

 I provide jumping off questions for discussion, but students are welcome to comment or ask their own questions about the episode. Anything relating to "The Office" is welcome in this classroom. I hope that the students have fun and engage in conversation. Students can also sit quietly and observe. All are welcome in my "The Office" rewatch group.
