In this weekly social class, learners will get to dress up and join a pretend play activity. ***While many superhero/villain/etc. toys and costumes come along with toy weapons, this class will not be using any weapons. Learners must keep any weapons that they may have out of this activity. *** Learners are encouraged (but not required) to dress up in their favorite superhero-related costumes, clothes, or pajamas. Learners can bring action figures, dolls, stuffed animals, playsets,...
To promote creativity, this class will be learner-directed. There will be no set themes for the costumes or the creative play. Learners of all backgrounds and identities from ages 5-8 are welcome to join the class. This course does not promote weapons, exclusion, or bullying. We will follow Outschool's code of conduct. ***While many superhero toys and costumes come along with toy weapons, this class will not be using any weapons.
