Teen Talk - 青少年女孩的社交俱樂部

Being a teenager is HARD! It has always been hard, but these days it is especially hard. There is judgement, shame, isolation and exposure in every direction. The realities - both positive and negative - of social media are extreme.

This social club will start as a one time class and will allow students to share their strengths, tricks to survive, motivations etc., in a safe and informal environment. If the group decides to continue together, we can plan weekly or monthly meetings based on the availability of the learners. 

I have organized these sort of informal groups before and my goal is to serve as a mentor and mediator to help facilitate healthy, and real discussions for teenage girls in some of the most difficult years of their lives. While this is not a therapy class and does not have the goal of providing any therapeutic outcome, it is a place where teen girls can come together and feel comfortable.

I have experience working with teens, and also in my own life, experienced a lot of the issues and challenges teenagers face. I am a strong communicator with experience to back up my abilities. I am empathetic and also sympathetic to the pressures that teens face.
