Shhhh! Come and join our Super Spy Mysteries Spy Club where Spy Cadets enrolled in the Super Spy Academy meet every week to be given a new mission to investigate and solve! You will need to use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret the clues in your briefing document, decipher codes and ciphers, complete puzzles and help Spy Mission Control to complete the mission before the time runs out! Join any time, and remember to tell us your spy name in your first class in the Super Spy Academy! This is the overview of our upcoming missions, which are, of course, top secret! Our team of teachers have been specifically selected to uphold our values and approach to education, and to create some awesome, fun and engaging classes for your learners.
At KIDS Literally, we believe that every child is different and that there is not one way to gain an education. We believe that an engaged learner is one who learns best. That's why we incorporate a variety of approaches in our online classes so that every child has a chance to shine.
We are passionate about interest-based learning where we link your child's Interests to gaining Knowledge, Discovery and developing Skills. It really is the best approach to engaging children in every subject!
Our classes and groups teach collaboration, critical thinking and communication skills, as well as STEAM concepts. We combine a range of different interests with our educational approach to deliver learning on a whole new level. We value the skills and lessons that can be learned through play and playing games together. The classes we will be offering will be very, much hands-on and experiential. This might be learning through nature, having fun, using our creativity, developing research techniques, using technology and picking up some important life skills along the way too. We will also bring in approaches from Montessori and Reggio into many of our classes.
*** GAMESCHOOLING ***
Gameschooling is learning through playing games! We are big fans of gamification in learning, so you will also find that many of our classes will include games and learning through playing them. There are so many skills we can develop from playing games, and most games have some great lessons to learn, and students are often more engaged when learning something through a game they love.
One of our specialities is teaching Escape Rooms, where learners can develop critical thinking, teamwork and problem-solving skills, as well as increase their knowledge of a subject!
