This summer get fit by joining this fun weekly Pilates mat class! In this fitness class learners will work on core strength, flexibility, posture and mind-body connections. We will start with a warm up and then learn and practice 10-15 Pilates exercises. Students will end the class feeling stretched and stronger. The instructor for this class is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience teaching dance and Pilates.
This is an exercise class performed on a mat. Please be sure your learner has space on the floor and their camera pointed on their mat so I can see their form. We will do a warm up together in the beginning of class. All levels welcome and water bottles encouraged!
