In the Summer Fashion Design Camp students will learn all about how to design swimwear. We will design a three piece swimwear collection. Students will complete the same creative design process that professional Swimwear Designers use while designing a Ready to Wear fashion line. We will start by doing research and creating mood boards for our lines. Students will also sketch and create professional technical sketches for their lines. It’s a fun and fashionable summer camp. Students will learn how to properly create a mini fashion collection. Students will learn how to choose a niche, fabrics, and how to do technical design sketches. Students will also get to name their collections and their Lines.
I studied Fashion Design in my Undergraduate studies, and had a Fashion Design business for many years. I love the Creative Design process and I can’t wait to teach this camp.
