Welcome to our one time summer art themed watercolor class for scientists, where we will learn how to draw and paint an adorable sea turtle using oil pastel and a variety of watercolor techniques. 

This is a course that is perfect for beginning artists and specializes in using step by step drawing and painting demonstrations to help blossoming artists perfect their skills. All artists are welcome to participate in this class, no matter their skill level.  I will personally guide you each step of the way and will be eagerly waiting to answer your questions.  

The first half of class will begin with an ice breaker, we will then watch an educational YouTube video about the sea turtle and play an interactive trivia game to assess what we have learned. After game time, we will then draw and paint the adorable sea turtle under the guidance of a certified art educator. 

Each student should leave this class with a stronger sense of confidence when using watercolor.  A variety of all different types of learners are welcome and encouraged to participate.
