課堂經歷
During this class, students will learn how to manage stress and cope with everyday life challenges. We will discuss 12 therapies that can be incorporated during a stressful or challenging moment, how to use them properly, and why they are effective in decompressing. So, this class will not just be about learning how to recognize stressful moments, but students will also learn 12 therapy concepts! As the teacher, I will guide the students through the process of using each of the 12 therapies as a coping mechanism to help the students to relax and maintain peace. Students can expect to learn how to manage stress as they navigate through life. Students will learn what causes stress and ways to minimize it Students will also participate in exercises where they will listen to scenarios and decide what is the best course of action depending on each situation- the 12 therapies that will be reviewed are: Breathing, Singing, Laughter, Visioning, Tapping, Writing, Talk, Water, Color, Imagination, Reading, and Play Students will also be provided with tips on how to manage their emotions when they become stressed or overwhelmed.

Greetings,
I have taught grades K to 12th grade for over 18 plus years, all core content classes ( life, social and financial skills). In addition, I have taught adults learners. I also teach social and emotional sessions to all learners to aid in assisting students with their mental health. I teach students how to write a book and publish their books as well.
I have served as an Academic Data Coach, Consultant of Education and I have served as a leader of many organizations within the school system and the community.
I am also a writer of 72 books and a publisher.
