In Little Red, the wolf eats grandma, the hunter shoots the wolf and cuts it open to find grandma.  No blood or gore.
In Jack and the Giant, the giant says, "Fe, Fi, Fo Fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman.  Be he alive or be he dead, I'll grind his bones to make my bread." However, the giant does not eat him; no one dies in the story.
In Rumpelstiltskin, he wants to adopt the queen's child.
In Hansel & Gretel, the stepmother wants to take the children into the forest to lose them.  They find a witch's house. The witch wants to eat the children, but Gretel manages to push her into the oven.  The children escape and find their way home.
In the Ugly Duckling, other animals tell the Ugly Duckling, "You're ugly. Go away!"
