Come join the wonderful world Of Elephant and Piggie! As an award winning book series, Piggie and Gerald explore the ups and downs of friendship and life through simple and funny storytelling. Students will enjoy the laughter and friendship of Elephant and Piggie as they listen to a story, chat with friends and draw these favorite characters. Schedule: - Greetings - Story and discussion - Drawing/ Activity - Share time and goodbyes July- The Big Guy Took My Ball August- Waiting is Not Easy September- There is a Bird on Your Head

Welcome to my online classroom! With 13 years of professional teaching experience, I have the knowledge, expertise and motivation to teach all learners.
In 2007, I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in English and a certification in Elementary K-6 Education. I am also certified to teach Gifted Lerners and English as a Second Language. Although I have taught all subjects from Science to Math, Language Arts is my passion. This passion led to becoming the Media Specialist (aka librarian) for my K-5 school over the past 3 years.
