Each week we will talk about our favorite Star Wars things and burn off some serious energy using the Force! 💫Challenge yourself by battling against the dark side, learn a cool lightsaber routine, run from storm troopers with Rey, train with the Dark Side, and more! 🌟Each week will bring a new adventure from somewhere in the galaxy. Expect to listen to far out music, see your teacher in costume each week, experience real-live action with new backgrounds and props each week. Classes will repeat at the end of the rotation. ✨Schedule: Week of Dec 1: Baby Yoda Yoga Week of Dec 8: Star Wars Show and Tell Week of Dec 15: Favorite Characters Workout No class weeks of Dec 22-Jan 4 Week of Jan 5: Mandalorian Training Week of Jan 12: Lightsaber Spins Training Week of Jan 19: Star Wars Jedi Training Week of Jan 26: Lightsaber Training No class week of Feb 2 Week of Feb 9: Dark Side Sith Training Week of Feb 16: Lightsaber Battle Training 🪐You are welcome to dress up like me, or wear comfortable clothing. Bring a lightsaber or something similar if you have one. Please allow yourself plenty of space to move and work out. Have water close by.

Students will improve their social skills by discussing favorite Star Wars topics such as favorite characters, movies, toys, etc.
Students will learn some good and sage workout moves using their own bodies and a lightsaber.

Please note that most of these movies are rated PG -PG13. I will not be showing these movies during class but we may discuss favorite characters or scenes.
Please make sure your learner is in a safe space to work out with clothing they can move and play in, as well as having adequate water close by.
