Are you ready to have a fun challenging time?
This one-time class is for Sport Stacking beginners who want to learn the basic 3-3-3 Stack.

What is Sport Stacking? 
Sport Stacking, also called Cup Stacking, is a fun, challenging, hands-on, motor skilled, competitive sport.  Students manipulate speed stack cups to up stack (build) and down stack (take down) in different types of stack patterns.

Did you know that Sport Stacking has many benefits, both physically and mentally?
Yes, there are proven benefits that include improved hand-eye coordination, dexterity, reaction time, activation of both sides of the body which are all important skills for any sport.  Other proven benefits include focus, concentration, patterning and sequencing skills, as well as, bilateral proficiency that all promote greater academic achievement.

I hope to see you in the classroom for this fun challenge!

I have over 21 years experience teaching children, and the last 12 years have been teaching Physical Education for K-6 grades.  Sport Stacking has always been one of my favorite units!
