To decorate the puppet: buttons, yarn, googly eyes, markers, crayons or any other materials that would be fun

I will provide a face template in a variety of skin tones that can be printed and cut out to glue on the paper plate. You can also use construction paper, paint, crayons or markers if you do not wish to print.

If you learner struggles to use scissors safely, please be sure to be close by to assist them so they stay safe. Or feel free to cut out materials prior to the start of class. And please be sure to make sure you remain off camera per Outschool's policy of only allowing the enrolled learner to be seen in the classroom.

This class is all about celebrating what makes us special and different. My top priority is for all learners to feel safe sharing what makes them unique and so only kind, encouraging language will be allowed. If a learner is struggling in this area, I will mute their microphone to protect the whole class experience.
