This class will include barre exercises, stretches, and floor combinations. Safety for the student physical fitness routine is important. Please let me know of any previous or current injuries that may affect their ballet barre so we can work around them during the lesson. Please have the student in a small, but open workout space enough for at least a chair and the space for the student to kick their leg. Footwear that is right for the student's floor. Water close by if needed, and any adequate stretching beforehand.
